- 2 OZ Standard Wormwood (Herbal) Rye Whiskey
- 2 OZ Georges Roullet Cognac
- 2 OZ Punt e Mes
- 3 n/a Dashes Peychauds Bitters
- 3 n/a Dashes Titzebitters Aromatic Bitters
- 2 n/a Barspoons Benedictine
- 1.5 n/a Chipotle Cinnamon Haute Chocolate
- Boil 1 cup h20 in small pan, then bring down to simmer - Place 1 1/2oz chocolate in metal measuring cup in.
- Simmer until chocolate is melted). Mix all ingredients until chocolate flavor is well integrated (to taste).
- Strain w/ cheesecloth lined sieve.
- Mix again w/ice and strain into chilled rocks glass.
