- 4 n/a Mint Leaves
- 30 ML Simple Syrup
- 60 ML Gin
- 30 ML Fresh Lemon Juice
- In a glass, add the mint leaves, simple syrup and muddle.
- Add the gin, lemon juice and crushed ice.
- Strain through a very fine-mesh sieve into an ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint lavender blossom.
