Suisse Highball Cocktail


  • 50 ML Absinthe
  • 20 ML Anisette Liqueur
  • 1/2 n/a Egg White
  • 1/3 Tablespoons Sugar Syrup
  • 1 n/a Thomas Henry Tonic Water

Preparation Steps

  • In a shaker, add the absinthe, anisette liqueur, egg white, sugar syrup and ice cubes.
  • Shake and pour to a glass.
  • Add the Thomas Henry Tonic Water.
  • Enjoy!
