Ingredients

  • 50 ML Elephant London Dry Gin
  • 1 n/a Bar spoon of homemade plum jam
  • 15 ML Plum and ginger syrup
  • 20 ML Lime Juice
  • 1 n/a Dash of plum bitters

Preparation Steps

  • Shake and strain into a martini glass
  • Garnish with a slice of plum
